Modifying an Entrant

It is very advantageous to enter all of the entrants’ data in the days prior to the tournament with the exception of their weights. A weight of 0 can be entered with the initial data entry. On tournament day, the true weights can be added as the entrants weigh in.

Another reason for modifying the entrants is the possibility of errors. In any event, AutoBracket makes it easy to modify any entrant at any time before bracketing.

Note: If an entrant needs to be modified after the group has been bracketed, the brackets will need to be dropped and re-created after the entrant is modified.

Step 1. While on the Groups View and with the groups unlocked, click on the entrant once to highlight the data as shown below. (this can be on either the All tab or any of the Groups tabs)

Step 2. Click the Update button located in the lower portion of the Groups page as shown above.

Step 3. Correct the data and click the Save Changes button as shown below.
