Score Cards

The Score Cards are intended to go to the scoring table to be filled out by the scorekeeper. Each score card is already filled out with the entrants name and club, the bracket number, series number, and mat number. In the case of round robin brackets, all of the score cards for the entire group can be printed ahead of time. In the case of elimination brackets, only the first round can be printed. Blank score cards can be printed or they can be reproduced on a copy machine in advance of the tournament.

Step 1. On the Reports View, click the Show button located under the heading Score Cards as shown below.

Step 2. On the Select Group dialog,
1: Select the group that you wish to print Score Cards for,
2: Use this pull down to select the All Brackets (which prints all score sheets for all brackets) or select the individual bracket to print the score sheets for.
3: Use the Include Blank Cards option if you want AutoBracket to include all of the blank score cards requered to complete the brackets. (This is not necessary in round robin brackets as all of the score cards can be determined and will be printed automatically).
4: Use the Show Weights option to have the weight range printed on the score cards.
5: Click the Show button as shown below.

Step 3. Review the report. Using the buttons provided, browse through the pages of the report.

Step 4. When ready to print, click the Print button. Complete the dialog as you would any other Windows based program.
